WHY USE COOLING INSULATION COVERINGS?

With cooling insulation coverings you avoid condensation and formation of ice in your refrigeration plant. This leads to reduced energy consumption, as condensed water in the insulation may result in increased temperatures and thus loss of energy.

Insulating your heat exchanger increases the efficiency of the exchanger and minimises its effect on the surrounding environment. We have constructed insulated drip trays and provided all joints with waterproof strips and sealed corners. To provide additional insulation the joints of the insulation covering may be pointed with silicone. This is your guarantee of a fully sealed solution, preventing the formation of ice and condensation.

Our insulation cabinets are manufactured in sections joined with simple closing mechanisms, making them easy to assemble and disassemble for maintenance.

 

STANDARD SOLUTIONS OR CUSTOMISED COOLING INSULATION COVERINGS

Our standard insulation coverings for heat exchangers are as a standard encased with a stucco pattern aluminium plate. The insulation material is polyurethane foam with closed cells, which prevent condensation in the isolation.

We are also happy to customise insulation cabinets to meet your specific needs. They can be made with different materials, such as stainless steel, and insulation of varying thicknesses.
